- aadha spoon haldi paudar.
- ek spoon kasmiri lal mirch.
- aadha spoon dhaniya pauder.
- ek chauthai spoon jaram masala.
- namak swad anusar.
- aadha spoon chiken masala.
*banane ki bidhi
sabse pahle halhi aach pe eggs ko achi tarah ubal le. phir uss me se chhilke ko alag kar le. phir egga ko thali me ek sath rakhe. phir uspar thora haldi paudar chirke. phir thori chammach mirch pauder ko chirke. uske baad halka namak dalkar alag thaki me mix kar le. phir eggs ke upar wale bhag ko thora cut kar de taki jo masale hai. vo isme ander tak chale jaye. fry karte wakt.
uske baad ab isko fry karna hai.to ham kadai me halka oil dalkar isko acchi taran fry kar le.golden color ke jaisa.
phir jab achhi tarah fry ho jaye to ese ek thali me ande nikal kar side me rakh le.phir us garam kadai me ek bari spoon oil dalkar garam kar le. aur jab oil garam ho gaye to usme halki dalchini dale jo maine pahle bataya thai.

uske baad halka isse chatakne de. phir barik kata hua. pyaj ko dale apne kadai me phir achi tarah mix kar le. aach ko dheema hi rakhe abhi pyaj ko halka golden hone tak bhun le.
uske baad aadhi aur lasan ka pest dale. phir do minute tak halki aach par rahne de.
phir uske baad barik kata hua. lal tamatar ko dale.phir usko achi tarah mix kar ke.
phir usme aadhi spoon haldi pauder dale. phir ek sppon kasmiri lal mirch ko dale apne kadai me.uske baad dhaniya pauder, phir aadha spoon garam masala phir namak dale usme swad anusar.phir aadha spoon chicen masala dale.
phir in sab chijho ko achhi tarah mix kar le.uske baad achi tarah bhun le. halka halka pani dalkar kam se kam 5 minutes tak aur jab aapka tel upar aa jaye to fry kiye huye. eggs ko imse dal de. uske baad achi tarah mix karke mila le. taki jo aapne ande me cut kiya tha usme masake achi tarah mix ho jaye. uske baad ek minutes tak bhune halhi aach pe. phir usme aadha glass water dale. agar aapko girevhi pasand hai. to hi pani dale.
phir usko dhakan se dhak de. phir usko ubal aane de . 5 minutes ke baad dhakan ko khole aur dekhe ki oil upar aa gaya hai ki nahi.agar oil upar aa gaya ho to samjhe ke hamari egg curry banakar ready ho gai hai.
ab isse taji taji paroshiye. apne family yaro dosto aur ristedaro ke sath.
